Hi, I do not understand your question. Do you want to have hysterectomy because if the pain after excision lap?
It really depends where your endo is situated and how sever it is whether a hysterectomy will help. Removing your womb is mostly effective for adenomyosis if you have that. Full hysterectomy where they take away your ovaries etc will put you into menopause but some women find that endo problems persist, if there is some endo left behind, it can regrow.
I am wondering if your surgeon has been experienced enough to locate and excise all the endo. He or she needs to have special interest and training in endo.
Have you had a specialist ultrasound or MRI which could help in identifying any endo remaining?
Meantime make sure your GP is prescribing effective painkillers for you.
Hope things improve.
