Investigation of endometriosis

hi everyone first time posting looking for some advice, I have been through many process so far and I am convinced i have endo, always had extremly heavey periods been on all sorts of birth convinced control.

I have c section in 201 8 and all my symptoms started not long after that periods where more extreme heaviest periods that I wasn't able to go out the bathroom was like murder scene sorry this got put on trasamic acid pills to help ewith bleeding helped a little bit.

over time serve pelvicpain serve abdominal pains lower back pain leg pain numbness in legs chest pain underarm pit pain neck pain shoulder pain.

I have tried various options have the coil put in had it for a few years was still having periods with it, it then moved out of place and I was in agongy had to go to a and e department and demand to have it removed as the appointment wait time for clinic was another 4months away and the pain was taking over my life. Also have loose stools daily.

back to gp got checked over smear test,examsanictions everything seems OK apparently, pain constantly put on naprozen then it got worse advised to try mini pill periods stopped but pains contiuned now worse than ever no waiting to go back to gnyo dept just wondering if anyone has had similar issues or symptoms.

also had chest xray tummy xray all fine.

Sorry you have been going through so much. Have you ever been diagnosed with endometriosis? It certainly sound like it could be endo from your symptoms. Can you get your GP to try to bring forward your Gynae appointment? Or call the dept your self especially if you could go at short notice you could ask them to call you if they get a cancellation.

As you have not found the coil or the mini pill helps, don’t let Gynae fob you off when you get there, ask if they will put you forward for a laparoscopy.

Don’t give up on your GP for painkillers in the meantime, if they don’t work, go back to him/her.

Sadly there are long waiting lists for everything just now.
