Hi, I'm just wondering about your experiences of mental health impacts, such as anxiety, depression, low self worth, and also mpacts on work and career, as a result of endometriosis?

I find it hard to identify which feelings may be related to hormones and my endometriosis and which are not, so it would be really useful to hear your thoughts.

Thanks!

I think it's quite ok to feel down when you are suffering with endometriosis. You don't feel full of energy, hormones affected and focus can be difficult. I understand how this can bring anxiety over what can be done. How to cope with painful times and work. Trying to stay happy and positive can seem like a struggle sometimes and it's brave to say your not ok sometimes. The fatigue can have a big impact.
