Advice Please - pain 5 months after endo surgery - ovary pain.

Hiya. I had a laparoscopy in February 22.

In the last few days I’ve been experiencing an aching sensation in my left ovary (I had a 5-6 cm cyst on this ovary prior to surgery)

Yesterday evening, I had an intense sudden pain in my pelvic area, which went through to my bowel area, I felt like I needed a BM to relieve the pain, but no joy and still pain. It wore off after half an hour. I woke up this morning an the pain started to increase again luckily not to the extent as last night but I don’t know why I am having these aches, especially in my ovary area (mostly left sided)

Any advice on what this might be. I haven’t had it since my surgery I am sure. Feeling deflated!
