Yes, but more like canker sores which are so painful and sometimes take 2 or 3 weeks to disappear! I take an iron supplement + vit c and omega 3 fish oil but it doesn't seem to help! I find Aloclair helps them much more than Bonjela.

I’ve had them very regularly over the years. Take a multi vitamin and co enzyme Q10 every day and now though I still get them, I get them rarely.

I found multi vitamins alone didn’t do it. My GP suggested co enzyme Q10. It’s worth a try.

Thank you will try that. Do you know if there is any link between mouth ulcers and endo?

Hi,

I get horrendous mouth ulcers. I have lupus which explains some of them and iron deficient anaemia. When I’m having a bad flare I get Hydrocortisone buccal tablets from the doctors. Also use corsodyl (or any generic brand) daily which I also get on prescription. Orabase paste is good too. Creates a coating over the top. If you are suffering badly you should ask for some blood tests to rule out any deficiencies/causes.

Just to add... I also get nasal ulcers. You can also get genital ulcers (not STI related or contagious) and digital ulcers! If you do get them elsewhere have a look at Behcets.

I don’t but just offering advice (as a dentist 🙈) - might be worth checking your B12 levels. Otherwise could just be what is known as aphthous ulcers - no real known cause for them. X
