After a horrible 2021 on decapeptyl injections and the mini pill I've just started having periods again and honestly it feels worse than puberty.

My skin is so bad people have asked me if I'm seeing a dermatologist for my dermatitis/eczema when I've never had that. My family can't get over the sudden appearance of a boil like spot on my eyebrow and is quite sore to touch.

3 weeks out of the month I feel like I've been run over by a bus and seem to have mouth sores on roof of my mouth out of nowhere. Has anyone else experience of this? I can't use anything on my face as everything seems to make it worse.

Have you tried any e45 cream or any creams for eczema. That may help, hope it all starts to clear for you soon

Hi Thank you for your reply, I tried cerave, la Roche posay, dermologica you name it, recently I was recommended silcocks base and its a lifesaver, I've never had eczema or skin problems before so this is all new.

My Nan used to get really dry skin and simple and e45 was good. The doctor can prescribed a water based one aqua something. Non perfumed based ones should help may take time though
