Weird period

Hello did anyone notice a dark almost black Blood in middle of their period. I had 4 days of heavy painful bleeding then paused and had a huge dark release.. is this normal

Hi

I used to get dark clots as period was coming to an end. This was one of the questions first Gynae asked in making his Endo diagnosis.

I’d say it’s important to mention.

To be honest if I asked why, I can’t remember the answer, by that time I was a bit shell shocked from the diagnosis 🤦‍♀️

Wow really.. i think it could be endo.. feels worse each month

Have you spoken to GP about getting a diagnosis?

The Endo UK site has info about consultations and a pain diary.

The clots are definitely worth mentioning as part of it.
