Hi, has anyone felt like when they exercise especially running/jogging they experience more pain and more often, like it’s triggering the endo?

Hi Brittany!

Yep. Weirdly enough it’s only running/jogging/speed walking that aggravates my endo! Light exercise, weights and long walks don’t seem to trigger it though. Really odd.

I recently started jogging and noticed it started to flare up it’s annoying considering it’s something I’ve started to enjoy as I don’t like exercise much😂 I guess it’s best to do some exercise than none even though it hurts afterwards! Thanks for the reply

Yes! I’ve found high intensity exercise also makes me spot blood. Like the other comment below I find long walks to be fine - albeit tiring?

Yes. Same here. Any stretching gives me period pain too.

Hi, yes!

I actually wrote a post about this. I also would get slight spotting after jogging

Yes I have been trying to walk a lot and at the 3 mile mark my endo is not happy! Also carrying anything heavy causes my endo to complain too ☹️ xx
