hi, I get cramps after ab exercises but not every time. Few weeks ago I could barely walk after an ab session. One of my ovaries is stuck to uterus and it literally hurt to walk. x

Well after worrying myself silly I started my period so it was probably that 🤣 I was so worried thanks for answering. Ab burn after exercise is so sore and seems to last ages xx

Yes! I needed to lose a bit of weight for a laparoscopy, and they were trying to encourage me to exercise more to help... I tried pointing out for 10-15 days out of 26 I can hardly walk from one room to another without the pain coming on... the response was to try swimming! 🤦‍♀️

Oh yes before my lap I was put on prostap and I ballooned in weight. My GP said to try to lose some weight before op 😐 but when I went to pre op assessment there were plenty bigger than me. It’s so disheartening how endo takes over our lives!! xx

Hi 😊 I find cycling really good.

I have a bike trainer at the moment as I'm still very much in isolation due to covid but on a "good day" I can do an hour or 15k with any issues.

Perhaps check out YouTube for some really beginner friendly workouts

Hi yes cycling does sound fab and indoor too which is a good idea if you can’t get out and about, thank you for the suggestion 😊 xx

Indoor is great, when you have had enough you are at home and hop off for a cuppa 😊

Fingers crossed you find something. XX
