I had light bleeding with my hysteroscopy, more like spotting.
The process involves putting a camera and instruments up your vagina through your cervix into your uterus. So should only have a light bleed if it's just that.
An actual period happens two weeks after ovulation, which isn't related to a hysteroscopy nor is it dependent on it. So if you're meaning just bleeding; you can have that after a hysteroscopy if it has been used to carry out additional procedures such as endometrial ablation or fibroid removal.
