Burning pelvic region

Back in May after masturbating one day, about two days later i had severe burning sensation in my pelvic region. Literally where my hair grows as if someone is tugging on it. This radiates down to my vaginal area and sometimes inner thighs and under my butt cheeks. Ive always had a slight burn in the clitoral region after doing this but now my whole pelvic region is on fire and pain...any thing to try for relief? Also im active at the gym. Its my only stress reliever but it makes the pain 10x worse. Was already checked by my obgyn but she doesnt specialize in my endometriosis. So i thought it might be related. So shes clueless whats causing it

It could be endo or something else not sure, perhaps other women have had something similar...

On another point, anything you've changed; handwash / body wash / hand cream / laundry powder / different underwear / scented pantyliners? I know it may not be any of those but sometimes I've found scented pantyliners I'm fine with until about two days after I've had sex / alone time, as it's all sensitive. Could even be a body wash / shampoo that runs down there.

It could be something like thrush which happens with endo, it doesn't always go itchy / burning until the area is sensitive and can take a while especially if it's warm weather, that's how mine started - not had it since my excision lap.

If the area is sensitive, sweat gathering could make it sting / burn. Overcleaning can make it do that too - I use canesfresh wash for after sports / need to wash there as it's balanced to there and doesn't wash away the natural bacteria.

I hope someone on here can help you, sorry I'm not much help xx

Using all the same products i have used in the past. I thought about all that too. Its super sensitive when i shave too and when the hair grows back it feels super weird

I had that sensitivity when I shave with a razor so now I just use showerproof beard / body hair trimmers and trim on lowest setting with the plastic guide thingy, like 3mm I think.

I've noticed I have a sensitivity to metals, so even shaving areas or creams in metal tubes bother my skin, perhaps it's that.

Sometimes we develop a sensitivity to something we've always used so it's worth thinking about if it could help.

It could still be endo but Just thinking of anything else which means you won't need another surgery.

Yea..my skin down there has been super sensitive lately since this pain started. And i also switched to sensitive razors and my cream has always been for sensitive skin.

have you tried a shaving oil? or just using natural oils like argan for shaving? okay it doesn't help with seeing what you've shaved but creams / foams etc aren't designed for intimate areas; it says keep away from mucous membranes somewhere on them that is anywhere that produces moisture!

Sounds nerve related!! Still could be endo but you need to see someone. As a nurse I also say a burning sensation from the skin is nerve related - see gp please.
