Pain management

Hi all hope your well

I was wondering whether anyone else has any suggestions on how to manage pain when its unbearable, my GPS just give me morphine and say to use it but dont seem to understand that at times this doesn't not take the pain away, which in turn makes me miss work causing me to be put onto a disciplinary period. All suggestions welcome to help with this pain?

I'm very sorry to hear this, it seems you're going through quite the tough time. This type of pain management is a little out of my depth, as the strongest on which I have been were ketoprofen. What I did find helpful was combining the painkillers with magnesium capsules or gel. If taking pain relief, I would pop a magnesium capsule with it. Magnesium and potassium-rich foods like bananas and pineapples would be eaten more frequently too. Both minerals help the muscles relax and I found this to be more effective than taking pain relief on its own.
