Hi I have been diagnosed with Benin hypermobility syndrome feb last year still don't no much about it 🤔 sent Me to physio 6 months & orthotic to get specialists insoles. so they give me physio excise & excise bands to do at home but still in pain & feel so tired all time 😔went bank to doctor told him still getting pain he said just take plan killers I bet u all go though that I just want to ask dose anyone suffer with the pain all the time with it or comes & gose my vains pop out is that normal do have like sharp pain sometime?
