(As I sit in the Birmingham Women's Hospital in serious pain involving my ovaries, uterus, bowels, trapped wind, inflammation, fibroids, ovarian cysts, acid reflux, diarhoea, shooting pains, headache.....!!!) I'm still smiling through it all and will forever be optimistic! I have to be.....uggggh!

That used to be the case with me, feeling the pain and inflammation during my periods, but since xmas it's been constant discomfort (with added unusual tiredness so bed-bound, temperature, headaches, bowel issues) and realise that it's now more than the endo pain. It's turned out that I have an infection of my ovaries and uterus - abcesses. I have no idea how or where the infection came from but Drs want me to have a hysterectomy. I would like to have a child so hope an operation in 3/4 mths will give me a chance...
