Mood Swings!

Anyone else having bad mood swings where you just want to scream! 😭😭 hate feeling like this it's horrible. Thank god my husband is very understanding otherwise we could end up in divorce lol 😂

Hi Shaz, yes to the above!!!! I have been taking evening primrose oil for about 5mths or so now. It really has helped with the PMS x

Oh gosh it's horrible I'm premenopausal 😭😭 so can't control my mood swings! Starting my new meds tomorrow in the hope that it will settle my moods.

I feel like this aswell. I cry for no reason and then I'm all happy again. It's a horrible feeling 🙁 Xx

I cried today after an argument with my husband. He said it's ok and he knows I'm struggling. Crying did help though.
