Adenomyosis, 23

Hi ladies,

Yesterday I finally got my diagnosis. I have adenomyosis which I know is common for a lot of the ladies on here. I'm wondering how many of you were diagnosed with it in your 20s, particularly those who have yet to have children. I'm only 23 and it seems like a death sentence, I honestly can't imagine being in this pain for the rest of my life let alone the concerns it raises about fertility. Is there anyone my age here suffering from this too and if so how do you cope with your diagnosis?
