Does anyone has problems with endometriosis, eating fatty, processed food and be sick? Yesterday i was really bloated in the evening, couldnt shift it and when i went to bed i was sick. I had this a couple of times now and it makes me feel so weak. The thought of eating makes me feel sick again, so just been sipping water. Hope someone can help.

Hi yes fatty processed foods and gluten, I avoid gluten and the bloating us much better. Mince meat doesn't agree with me either, my advice would be to go gluten and diary free for a few weeks then slowly reintroduce diary and see how you feel then try re introducing gluten and avoid fast foods.

Estrogen from endo can cause gallstones . Which can make u sick bloated uncomfortable.

I have gallstones and after eatin fatty foods feel really poorly.

Now live on a diet of low sat fat content. Under 3g.

No diary or cheese. Knocks me sideways.

Easier not eat. Ive lost 5 stone cos of it.

Might be worth laying off the fatty foods

Hey Jo,

I am sorry i didnt reply sooner. I was on holiday and didnt had much signal. I felt better in the holiday, didnt eat much bread, cheese and pasta. I am not sure if it helped or not, but i did feel better. I need to look more into my diet and see if i can change things, i started with running twice a week now to help my general fitness and hope this will help with how i feel too.

I have been so down with being diagnosed with endo that i just stopped enjoying life and last year was hard. I am hoping that if i make changes it will help for the better.

Hope you are ok too! And thank you for asking!

Xx
