Pain after Zoladex treatment wears off

Hi

Wondering if anyone had any insight into this? I had treatment for severe endo in march (surgery etc) and had my last Zoladex injection approx 8 weeks ago. I haven't had a hot flush for just over a week so I'm assuming it's wearing off or has worn off now. According to my gynae it should flush out the system in 4 weeks..... yeah right.

Anyway, last night I had the most awful gripping pain in both ovaries and my womb. It was so painful it woke me up. Felt like my organs were either going to explode or were being gripped so tightly. A really sharp pain. Before I make an appointment, is it something to be worried about? Or normal for this treatment? It wore off after approx an hour and is sore now but nothing like it was.
