Feeling baffled

Some time since I posted ladies. I had TLVH with everything taken . Anyway I've had my histopathology report back and it says, endometrial scarring on uterus, cervix, both tubes and ovaries,what does this mean do any of you ladies know ? Also slit I  cervix os with pertruding pus?  Bit baffled as I was originally told adenomyosis but non was found on testing some sections . Thanks x

Does sound like ashermans syndrome  because that forms scars and adhesions but so does endometriosis so it's gonna be one of em they definatly need to to tell you what it is because they leaving you in the dark id ask them see what they tell you
