POD is pouch of Douglas x
An obliterated pouch of Douglas would usually indicate severe endometriosis X

Thank you had my lap in January and have got follow up in two weeks. X
Full obliteration of the PoD can and usually does lead to the back of the womb becoming attached to the bowel xx
