Endo bowel bleeding

So I have had a colonoscopy a pile treated and a Ployp removed from my bowel however I still bleed with bowel movement around my period I've had a scan my doctor has diagnosed me with endo and has asvised me to get a mirena my question is do u think the mirena will stop the bleeding from my bowels when I have a period ?, or is it just trail and error with endo ?... Hi the only way to really diagnose endo is by having a lap. If you have endo on or near your bowel then you really need to get a referral to a specialist endo centre.
