Pinching

Does anyone else experience a pinching and pulling sensation in their ovaries?

I experience this frequently and it sometimes gets so bad I have to stop what I'm doing and breathe through it or curl up into a ball until it calms down again.

Usually the pinching goes away but sometimes (like now) it's causing me to start spotting.

Currently on the waiting list for a diagnostic lapo and I'm on the implant so I'm not experiencing proper periods however I experience the pain!
