Hello again! I'm four months into having the Mirena to combat adenomyosis and it's not doing what it should, so it looks like surgery for me!
However, I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia! I only went to see the rheumatologist in order to rule other diseases out (as instructed by the gynae), convinced it would be a waste of time!!
He warned me that surgery and recovery can be harder for fibro sufferers.
Has anyone with fibromyalgia a hysterectomy and how bad was the post-op pain?
