So I've finally had my lap Monday, I have been diagnosed with extensive adhesions involving sigmoid colon. I didn't have bowel prep or a bowel surgeon present so they werent able to do anything in the lap. They couldn't locate my left ovary due to adhesions. Awaiting my appointment to speak to consultant to see what the next step is, I'm going to need further surgery. My main worry now is wether I will conceive. The waiting list for the surgery is a year and I really don't want to be a sitting duck, we're ready to try for a baby. Any similar/relevant experiences or info welcome
