:-( does anyone have advice on numbness twinges over legs and arms having endo. I find it really worrying. Get bad ovulation pain and trying to conceive for a year now. I got treated for my endo in nov but my bowel endo couldn't get treated. Can anyone please give me advice. Really getting me down and painful.

You should probably see a neurologist if it affects larger areas or does not go away.

I have had temporary numbness in tiny spots on fingers due to stress but I think it's best if you consult a specialist :)

Thank you. I have been to my gp who was unhelpful. I had blood taken to check for thyroid diabetes etc but I am convinced it's from the endo. Only had it since I got my lap in November.

I have the same problem with my GP - he is useless and blames everything on my depression (which I think I am having because of endo!). He checked my thyroid too but only TSH which can give false results. Can you change your GP?

What I read from a pamphlet: "Patients should be informed that postoperative numbness or tingling usually resolves by the fifth day. But symptoms that persist beyond 5 days require neurological consultation. Motor deficits, too, should have neurological consults. Prognosis will depend on the amount of stretching and the duration of compression."

Sometimes the nerve gets damaged during surgery - that's why they strap you down to the operating table and fixate your legs.

I had a gynecological procedure that left me with a nerve damage and there's nothing I can do about it. Sometimes it feels like some docs are butchers :(

Please try to see a neurologist.

I also have numbness in my left leg and pins and needles in both legs and arms. I have been told that this is due to the endo,I have severe rectroviginal endo which us everywhere, the endo has obliterated the entire left pelvic side wall. I am currently waiting for an mri scan and major surgery. I would get a second opinion if your gp isn't taking this seriously. I did and now have a fantastic gp. Best of luck xx
