Hi I'm new here,, had lap last week diagnosed with endo consultant also said my left ovary was flat does anyone no what that means Thank u

I haven't heard the term before - but could it mean that the ovary had been crushed by an endometrioma (cyst) or adhesions etc?
Yeah maybe just waiting for appt to discuss it,, really want more children so hoping its not too damaged
