Hello quite normal I assure you. It's old blood that is leaving as it wasn't brought out with the rest of it. I get brown spotting before and after my period for a week and then usually in the month too on random days. However, it may be worth a mention to your gynae or GP just in case so that they have accurate notes for you. I understand that treatments such as the pill, hormone injections and the coil can help like this so it might be something to talk to ten about too xx

Normal, I get this sometimes. If it has a strong smell and goes on for too long though, go see your GP. Could be an infection. :0). Big hugs xx
