Hi, just to say don't worry everything will be fine and there is a lot of us out there with this pain.

There are things you can have done like surgery and a controlled diet, that I am trying at the moment. also the pill and coil if you can have it.

I was diagnosed on July so new here too. I would explore all the options and not just the medical ones. Currently I am controlling the pain by diet and this is working really successfully, however, is very strict.

I find this forum a lifeline that is essential to keep positive so ask away as there is always someone on here who has such useful advice and experiencess.

Hi could you tell me what diet you are using as this is an option I am suggesting to my daughter as willing to try anything, if it also helps with weight gain that would be a bonus! Thanks

Hi. I was only diagnosed last weekend and that site has been amazing. Especially as I was given a diagnosis and left with no advice and not even told what endometriosis was! The ladies here are fantastic
