Has anyone taken cerazette while also having a mirena?

I was put on cerazete but not with mirena coil. I have never felt so depressed and my skin was awful. Sorry to tell you this and of course everyone is different and you might not get any side affects. Good luck. X

I am as mirena alone wasn't stopping bleeding, but neither is the two together. Everyone is different though xxx

How did you get on with this? I am just coming to the end of my first pack of 3 cerazette, my period is worse. I'm hoping they will stop so I can get relief from endometriosis and adenomyosis pain.

Not brilliantly to be honest! It did get rid of my ovulation pain, but instill spent most of the month in huge pain and still had periods. I was hugely bloated (was frequently asked if pregnant) and my moods were awful. Eventually had another lap where an ovarian cyst and the miren were removed. Now on combined pill instead which doesn't work 100% for my either, but the pain is reduced and I've dropped a dress size! Waiting impatiently for an appointment with gynae to discuss next steps as my gp (who is very helpful generally) doesn't want to do anything new without their say so...
