Brain repair process

Here's a link to a current article explaining some of the work your brain does to keep balanced. I have to read it a few times to get the idea. Lots of sleep helps repairs and your immune system beavers away fixing you up while you rest.

I honestly thought I’d replied to this. Oops. Obviously failed to press something! You have to join Epoch times so before I do, is it a good site to check in to? Thanks again for all your useful info. Enjoy the sunshine while we can!

I joined Epoch Times to get their health info. which sometimes is relevant to Enc sufferers. As to the site itself it seems to be in the US and leans towards Conservatism. I bypass most of their articles.

Just out of interest I wondered where the unsubscribe button is - but couldn't see one. Someone more tech savvy than me might figure it out. If you are at all wary or concerned don't sign up. There may be a way to read articles without signing up, I don't know.

Aha I've discovered that once you join you can cancel your membership by clicking on your account, I think. It's not my taste actually, having looked at a few articles - a bit religious? I don't know.

Best Wishes G2

Thanks G. That article did sound interesting but not sure that website is for me. I’m definitely not right wing! I’d probably just rant. Well done on tech savviness. Another tick to the day. Along with sunshine and me doing some gardening. I’ve even got the one glass of wine I allow myself. So cheers! 🍷
