I keep getting this told to me by the occupational health. Small steps so they say. Today is the first day I have got out the house headache and light sensitivity included and went a small walkwhich turned out to be 1mile . a steady pace which surprised me it only took just under 20 minutes . I felt pretty good during it didn’t feel like Iv not long got out of hospital with such a devastating issue . Don’t get me wrong now at night time I feel drained and sore , but small steps and taken the time. Probably have the good old Dom’s tomorrow for sure . In fairness it probably took me more effort to get myself out the house and down the stairs.

You got this Heavychunky1 !!!Yes, it really is one step at a time, but believing you can get there.

I was the same when I was ready to start trying to be active again(im in my 30s, I've got anti NMDAR E, suffered acute symptoms with seizures and loss of speech in August 2020). For the first few times I ventured outside it was literally walking to the drive way and back at my apartment and I was wrecked. I kept going as much I possibly could though. Now I'm back to playing a full game of field hockey at a competitive level. I still get bad headaches and the fatigue is a problem, but something I can manage with.

Goodluck hey!
