My hope by being part of the community is to learn more about encephalitis and ABI by listening to others, posting questions and supporting others. I have been living with the affer affect of encephalitis for many years but want to understand more about fatigue management and other survivors tools and stratigies in coping with different situations like low mood, anxiety, headaches just to name a few.

I understand your difficulties and can sympathize with you where anxiety and depression are concerned I have had them to the extremes but still suffer from anxiety.
