After 3 days I have started to communicate with other users/members and communities which, I think might be relavent or useful for my understanding of encephalitis as well as getting the best from this experiance. It has given me something to think about in regards to; communication, gaining knowledge/understanding and learning from others.

I have written down some post ideas and some questions I would like to ask, I hope to put a few up each day and see what comes back.

Has anyone watch the film adaptation "Brain on Fire by Susannah Cahalan?" if you did what did you think?

I did watch the full film last evening on YouTube and I feel so sorry for poor Susannah... My goodness she was in a very bad way.. Awh bless her. ☺ It also must have been a nightmare for all her family. She was in a very bad way. I just hope that she gets all the help she requires and that of her family too.

It is a great visual aid for family and friends to have a glimpse into been diagnosed with Encephalitis. Susannah is one of the main ambassadors for the Encephalitis Society. Doing very well becoming a successful writer, receiving awards for her book "brain on fire". She has posted a few videos up on the Encephalitis Society website. She is such an inspiration and has recently bought out her latest book.
