What exercise, if any, do you do to help manage your EDS?

Personally I like swimming and pilates, although hydrotherapy and physiotherapy have sometimes had roles to play!

i love pilates too when i have the energy to do it. great to help muscle toning

Swimming, hydrotherapy & Yoga.

I used to love walking,and dancing . used to do yoga,pilates.now i lift my head up,move it abou tshrug my shoulders,lift my feet up and down thats it,I am done.

Physio exercises prescribed by Stanmore RNOH NHS hospitals chronic pain department. They are experienced in treating and diagnosing EDS.

Walk along soft sand, grass or rough pavement. Bicycling on coasters. Yoga, Hot yoga. Swimming in sea water. Strengthening planks for the core strength to support spine. Groin stretches for hip joints. Foot arch exercises.
