Wrists constantly dislocating

Hi there! Hope you are all well. I’m having serious issues with my wrists recently, can’t put hardly any weight on them and they dislocate doing the most basic things (carrying a plate, tying my hair in a pony tail, holding a kettle etc). Does anyone use anything on their wrists when they’re particularly playing up?

Have you seen a physio or occupational therapist yet? Most areas have hand therapists that can help with this, and in some you can self refer.

Have you tried using splints? The hand therapist can help you choose the right sort, but you could try some yourself.

I have found Dr Arthritis ones work really well for me.
