Hey everyone. I have been diagnosed with scapular dyskinesis. Ive been through 2 rehab protocols with no sucess. I score 9 on the breighton score and am currently self diagnosed with joint hypermobility (I am confident my orthopedic surgeon will confirm this as he said "I have naturally loose joints" Has anyone here dealt with scapular dyskinesis as result of anterior shoulder dislocation (the most common form)?
