My joint pain is so much worse lately! But the nearest appointment the rheumatologist could give me is July 20th! Co-codamol isn't working! I have a pill review booked in a weeks time for my new anxiety medication but the doctor I'm seeing is kind of harsh so I'm reluctant to ask her for any pain relief for something I haven't even been diagnosed with. Especially as the doctors love pointing out how high my dose of cocodamol is. But should I ask for something different or to add to my cocodamol?
Please give me advice if you can. - The Ehlers-Danlos...
Please give me advice if you can.

I'm sorry you are in so much pain, could you book a gp appointment before that? Maybe ask what they suggest for better pain relief, maybe try a different pain killer for a bit.
Could you try some other things as well? like Physio, pacing, healthy eating, more rest, injections etc
Hope your pain will be more under control soon
I'm 63 and suffer lots of subluxations all over my bod...am finding the vvvv strongest OTC NSAID gel I can get + orthotic braces and trusses etc help minimise the persistent pain...but also my daily Lupus meds are helping (hydroxychloroquine + mycophenolate + prednisolone + amitriptyline)
I totally agree with Makinglemonade...I am conscientious about self help of that sort too
Take care

The wonder of being an upright animal escapes me some days. Feel like you could spin apart and pain would be lessened. So sorry for your pain. The few things I do are included with my med regimens. Stress increases my pain so I spread my meds thru the day. I avoid carbonation and citric acid added to foods. Have found aspirin was friendlier than on label arthritic pain treatment. I cook fresh daily. The veggies and fruits help some. I hope you can find a source for relief.
Sincerely.
Hi Lauren I use CBD from cbdbrothers.com/. I swear this is the only way I get by.
