My pain medication does not work anymore and now it has become not taking it to manage pain, but taking it to keep from getting sick. Who knew?

I don't think any of us are ever pain free. I know I'm not, unless I'm sat down, but I refuse to give up walking. I'm very stubborn!

I have not changed the strength of my medication for 3 years now. I've tried reducing it but it's too painful.

There are many different combinations of medication to try and if it's really not helping, go back to your GP. You could ask for a pain clinic referral. They may be able to try different things to your GP.

Good luck! X
