Hi country4eva..I am really pleased that you have found something that has helped you with the terrible pain👍..I have awful relentless pains, but from what I read, the drug is not available here in UK. So my search continues, or I would have looked into it for sure!..Good luck with it!. I really hope it makes all the difference for you.

Best wishes xx

Thank for the very kind offer, but if I can buy it here then we'll get a back up in case it goes wrong and also we'll need to keep buying the electrodes on a monthly or tri-monthly basis. I have written to Quell to ask for it.

Hi country4eva..I hope you're still getting relief from some pain..I had a look about the quell and see it's a device to wear rather than a drug to take.I watched the American QVC programme on line about it..I think there are equivalent pain relief devices for sale here..The 'Actipatch' device I wear when needed, is really good🙂, so I will have a look for another device -always preferable than taking drugs- Maybe a TENS machine might help? I believe the quell operates in a similar way..I hope you continue to sleep better and feel less pain.xx

I had to send it back. I have water blisters on my calves and it scared me. It runs off a lithium battery. Another one bites the dust!!

Now since using the quell i have had to come off my blood pressure meds i was using to keep my heart rate down. I dont know if the electrical current from the machine has affected the amount of electrical current that was controlling my heart rate. My heart rate was running over 200 before meds. With the quell and the heart meds my heart rate dropped to 54 and my blood pressure also decreased to where i was so drowsy i had to fall asleep. No meds today and heart rate has been 64-90. God works in mysterious ways.💫

Sounds good, especially as I am on alpha blockers and 3 other medications to bring my BP down. Unfortunately, I was just diagnosed with diabetes type 2, so my focus is on that at the minute, but Quell wrote back to say they are now beginning to ship directly to the UK. One concern is that Actipatch did not work for me at all - literally nothing.
