Wrist splints didn't help?

I have thumb spica splints for 4 weeks now and they're not helping my sinful wrists, probable tendonitis. What's next?

If it's anything like my carpal tunnel syndrome they may try cortesteroid injections at the base of your thumb. Other than that the only thing I can think would be ASAIDs & some deep heat treatment to try & relieve the discomfort.

Try wrapping your hands around a hot cup, with or without tea in it. I was told to try cold but no go. Sinful sounded good, they should behave

do you go to the orthotics department at your local hospital,they have been really good.
