Since having ME I've find myself gently chewing my tongue. I've always wondered what causes it? I've put it down to an overstimulated nervous system. Since taking Clonazepam it seems to have stopped.

I wake up most nights biting my tongue, think it must be a nerve twitching thing as I also wake up twitching my hands and legs.
