hi just me again. just wondering iv had ckd for 16yrs now but have just gone in to stage 4 in the past few days i have been feeling sick

had headace and my bones have been aching. is this a stage 4 symptom or is it just normal aches and feeling unwell.......

I am at Stage 4, and although I only sometimes get these symptoms, it does sound like it. It might be worth talking to the dietician as changing your diet may help to relieve the nauseous feeling. I feel sick if i have chocolate, pepsi/coke or too many eggs (protein). When I was first diagnosed around 20 years ago, it was because i was being sick every day and I could barely walk when I got out of bed or push the trolley round the shop (not normal for a 26 year old). I went in and they put me on a saline drip to flush me through (which was great), then I cut down on the protein. It was basically a low phosphate diet (I still follow it).

Things can be done or taken to relieve these symptoms I should think, so make sure you chat to your specialist/doctor xxx hope you feel better soon.
