Just got early CKD need some tips to manage it....who had past experience of it...

Watch you diet. The american Kidney foundation had a site that would allow you in put your labs and would recommend a diet based on you your labs. don't know if its still up or not. Also if you are on blood pressure meds do some research and talk to you physician some blood pressure meds are tough on kidneys .

If you have any scans using dye, let the medicos know you have early ckd.
