Is beetroom in malt vinegar ok for ckd stage 2 patients? i am in stage 2

also i have significant protein in urine, last time checked it was 100 mg/dl. Is it usual for stage 2 to have such high level of protein in urine?

I believe you mean beetroot. I did find one source, I am sure there are many others:

Hi,

If you use canned beetroot, drain the fluid then use your vinegar. Canned because the fluid leaches out what is not good and if you wish to dilute the vinegar use fresh water. I do mine without sugar being dietetic. If you don't drain the fluid then you are doing harm. I would assume that the same goes for home bottled beetroot, but can't comment on roasted beetroot sorry.
