Hi everyone, hope with time every one will do better as far as health is concerned.
My routine urinalysis report is not very encouraging. It talks about presence of rbc in microscopic examination, nearly 1 to 2 in hpf. Can this be considered as Hameturia? Last year there was no presence of rbc in microscopic examination.
My acr is 43.16.
Any help, insight is welcome.

Thanks for your message. In answer to your question: You have a small level of red blood cells in your urine. There could be several factors to consider.
Are you menstruating? Could you have an infection? Have you recently done vigorous activity?
Regarding your ACR level 43.16 is slightly raised. This could indicate early stage kidney disease. Do you have any other health issues like diabetes?
You need to discuss all the above factors with your doctor who may want to do further tests and or a referral.

I am not menstruating, neither did any kind if physical activities, nor am I diabetic. So I am very worried. Rbc /hpf is 1-2. I have a slight dull pain in my lower abdomen. Especially when I am constipated, as if something is causing a pressure. All my gyno tests have come normal including the transvaginal ultra sound, but ca 125 is 21, within the normal limits. My cbc is also normal, urine culture shows no growth. So I am going nuts.
