You haven't given us a lot of information to respond to you but I will do my best to answer.
Urea is a waste product formed from the breakdown of proteins, it is usually passed in urine. A high level (uraemia) indicates the kidneys may not be functioning properly or that you could be dehydrated. Speaking with your GP can give you a fuller picture so I suggest not to be too concerned until you have spoken with your health professional. A normal range of urea nitrogen is between 6-20 mgs per 100mls of blood.

Thank you for your reply I was concerned with regards to my urea as I had just had all my bloods completed and was informed that my eGRF was 65 and has been maintained at that level, however my urea was raised which confused me, however have seen GP who believes that my Water tablet was the culprit and he has withdrawn it, I will be monitored thank you for your speedy reply I’m oblidged
