I'm new here and I would just like to talk to others with CKD since members of my family have been diagnosed with this disease and even though I am young there is a good chance I'll develop CKD later in life. If some one could message me within the next few days that would be great. i just have a few questions i’d love to get answered. thank you

Be Active & Fit walk regularly aleast 30 min in a day .. keep your suger/pressure under normal level dont use NSAIDs and live free !!!

it’s chronic kidney failure. but i’d like to learn about any other kidney related diseases.

Limit salt intake. Drink lots of water. Ask the questions--someone here will have some of the answers.
