Yes, I have used acupuncture and massage from a good doctor in traditional Chinese medicin. I also lowered my red meat and salt consumtion and drink 1 litre extra water each day pluss Omega 3. Also vitamin K2 and D is imortant. We hardly get K2 in our diet any longer, because it is found basically in fermented food. I pay attention to my diet: I eat sourdough bread, homemade kefir, unpasturized butter, cheeses, grassfed meat and ecological vegetables, eggs etc. Stress reduction and enough sleep is also important. I learned meditation. My problem was low gfr (57) and high creatinine. I had no other problems with BT, diabetes, kidneys etc. I have tried homeopathy for other problems , but not for my kidneys.

Doesn't high creatinine and low gfr indicate your kidneys aren't filtering your blood as well as it should? How are your electrolyte levels? No diet restrictions?

Yes ....but 57 is still very moderate

Yes, that is right! I managed to rise my gfr from 57 to 90 with the above mentioned dietary changes.

Look up Chitosan and Salvia.

I haven't yet, I just ordered both. Chitosan lowers creatinine and salvia has renoprotective effects. You may want to look them up, there are studies on them.
