I have noticed that my weight will be increased up to 3-4 lbs in one day. Why?

Probably fluid. Are you swollen ie: legs, ankles, feet, hands?

Do you retain liquids?

Do not panic. This is not that abnormal. I weigh myself each morning. Then again each night before bed. I get days that my weight can change by almost 4 pounds in the 12 hour time period. I drink 60 to 70 ounces of water during the day. I do NOT retain water, thankfully. But it takes the body a while to process out that much water. And of course food consumption makes a difference too.

It is normal to vary your weight by 3-4 pounds. Sometimes you eat more salty food, or drink more fluids, etc.
