I dont know if i eat any better since i found out about my kidney disease tho i do feel im more careful.
I had a margarita yesterday ... the first after a can of beer about a month ago.
But im still more aware than before generally.
My husband watches all this of course when we're eating together.
My point ??? I dont think he's careful enough but he HAS cut back on chips tho. Ive come to the conclusion he's a big boy and old enough to make decisions and all i would end up doing would be nag nag nag.
Yes i care but i mentally shrug and walk away.
He may make his health worse or make it better ... thats up to him ... but i just dont feel that hovering makes a good relationship.
